Poor fit, not at all like the edge lux 4

I’ve been buying the adidas edge lux for work for several years now. They changed the fit after the edge lux 4, and these no longer have the rounded heel and they added a ton of cushioning in the heel. Compared with my edge lux 4s, these are much larger so they added length to adjust for the added padding in the heel. I normally buy a 7 1/2, I sized down to a 7 in these and the fit was still totally wrong with the shoes sliding off my heel, plus the forked heel dug into my ankle too much. Will be returning these.
