The first day of MouseFest 2006 Land Events has begun! The first meets of the day were extremely well-attended -- if these are any indication, we're going to have quite a weekend!

-- PassPorter's Dave Marx reports that his MouseFest Buttons-N-Booklets Distribution Meet at the Transportation and Ticket Center this afternoon was attended by about 270 people!

-- At least 70 folks showed up at Mike Scopa's Third Annual Dole Whip Meet in the Magic Kingdom's Adventureland.

-- Steve Barrett says that about 40 people attended his Hidden Mickey Hunt in Fantasyland and Mickey's Toontown Fair

-- The Main Street, U.S.A. Windows Scavenger Hunt saw "a lot" of MouseFesters as well, says host Kim Button.
