Guest Relations
- Located on the left before and after the entrance
turnstiles. Guest Relations provides the following assistance:

-- Messages for separated parties
-- Lost and Found
-- Disney Dollar exchange
-- Foreign Currency exchange
-- Information about services for guests with disabilities
-- Information about Sign Language services
-- Information about behind the scenes educational programs
-- Information on VIP tours
-- Disney resort reservations and dining priority seating
-- Guide Maps in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and Japanese

What About...?

AAA - Should your vehicle become disabled during your visit, complimentary towing is available from AAA during park hours.

Attire - Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times.

Baby Services/Lost Children/First Aid -  Located behind Creature Comforts in Discovery Island.

The baby station is great! Private nursing rooms, with glider rockers and footstools and a big table for diaper changes. I didn't thoroughly check out the rest of the baby station, but it was large and colorful. (Donna S.)

 

Baby Strollers - Rentals are available at Garden Gate Gifts; on the right just after you enter the park.  Single Strollers are $7 with a Disney Dollar Deposit Back; Double Strollers are $13 with a Disney Dollar back when you turn it in.

Banking
- The ATM is located near the park entrance on the right.

Credit Cards - Disney accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and The Disney Credit Card.  Travelers Checks and cash are also accepted.  Your Disney resort ID can serve as a charge card -- inquire at the Front Desk when you check-in.

Film Processing - Drop off film at select merchandise locations and pick up at Garden Gate Gifts.

First Aid - Located behind Creature Comforts in Discovery Island.

Kennels - Pet care facilities are located just outside the park entrance.

Lockers - are located just inside and outside the park entrance.  As you enter the park, lockers are located on the left side near Guest Relations. Locker costs: $5.00 for small and $7.00 for a large locker with a refundable deposit of $5.00.

Package Pickup - Purchases can be sent to the Garden Gate Gift Shop near the Entrance for pick up much later in the day.  Purchases can also be delivered to your Disney Hotel as long as your are not checking out the following day.  Be sure to tell the Cashier BEFORE they ring up your items. FedEx is available for shipping packages back home.

Photography Services - Garden Gate Gifts

Persons with digital cameras can download their images and other media information from a digital media card to a CD.

Kodak Picture Maker Kiosks - Guests with digital cameras can print their images from a digital media card or download images to a CD. These kiosks allow guests to burn up to 120 digital pictures onto a CD or print 4x6 photo prints from camera memory card or photo CD right in the store.

Readmission Policy - If you leave the park and will return to any Disney theme park the same day, you must get your hand stamped when you exit.  To reenter the park, you must present your valid ticket or Resort ID and your handstamp.

Smoking - For the comfort of all guests, smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Wheelchairs - Limited quantities of wheelchairs are available for rent to guests with disabilities at Garden Gate Gifts.  You can also rent a wheelchair at the Outpost Shop just outside the gates of the Animal Kingdom.  Electric Convenience Vehicles can be (subject to availability) rented at Garden Gate Gifts ($30+$10 deposit).
