Beetlejuice's Revue

Attractions | Dining | Shopping

INTRODUCTION

A high energy musical show with pyrotechnics featuring Beetlejuice and some of Universal's classics monsters.  Located in San Francisco, just past New York's Louie's Italian Restaurant. Since most of the monsters in this show are males, Hip and Hop were added to the show to balance things out. Hip and Hop are female singers/dancers that  look more like cheerleaders than monsters.

ATTRACTION

Beetlejuice's Graveyard Review is a live musical stage show that takes place in an open-air amphitheater located in the San Francisco backlot area.  This show has a PG-13 rating. The stage is set to resemble a crumbling castle. The show opens with The Mummy welcoming everyone. Beetlejuice soon arrives and we meet Dracula, The Wolfman, Frankenstein and his bride. And Hip and Hop. As the show proceeds, the monsters are turned into rock stars. The songs preformed include Jump, I Will Survive, You Give Love a Bad Name and a odd version of Dancing in the Dark by Frankenstein that's just to name a few. During the show, Beetlejuice makes several jokes which range between funny and raunchy. Hence, the PG-13 rating for this show.  Beetlejuice's Graveyard Review is loud enough to wake the dead. There are several unexpected explosions that will scare most everyone especially young children.
