Are you ready for MORE Disney news from Destination D23?
We learned not too long ago about Disney partnering with Amazon to create the Hey Disney! voice assistant feature for Amazon Alexa. Today we learned a few more details about this new technology!
Hey Disney! will be a complimentary service for guests staying in Disney hotels beginning in 2022, and you can use it to check on the weather, set timers or alarms, and more. This service will work on compatible Amazon Echo devices.
You can also check Disney Park information, like park hours and showtimes.
Guests who use this service can speak to the Disney Magical Companion voice assistant, a Hey Disney! feature that helps guests order room amenities, speak with guest services, explore Disney fun, plan your day, and more. It can also introduce you to Mickey and Minnie!
And this isn’t just for Disney World hotel guests, because it’s coming to Disneyland Resort hotels too!
