NEW “Good-to-Go” Days Announced for Annual Passholders in Disney World

Attention: Disney World Annual Passholders! We have some good news for you!

Annual Passholder Card

We’ve loved going to the Disney World parks without a Park Pass reservation since Disney debuted its new Good-to-Go days! On January 11th, Disney officially added those special dates to the calendar for Annual Passholders — and recently, a few more dates have been added!

If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, Disney guests used to need a Park Pass reservation to enter the theme parks. That meant you had to choose which parks you wanted to visit ahead of time and book a reservation ahead of your trip. For most ticket types, Park Pass reservations are a thing of the past.

However, Park Passes are still a part of the planning process for Annual Passholders. Disney has not completely removed this restriction from Passholders quite yet. That is, unless you’re planning a visit on a Good-to-Go day.

A Good-to-Go day is a select date on the Annual Passholder reservation calendar where you can enter any “Good-to-go” designated park without making a reservation first. We’ve done this a few times now — and we are loving it.

Disney plans to continuously update the calendar with more dates on a rolling basis — noting that they could be “days or weeks in advance.” We have officially seen this promise fulfilled, as new dates have just been put on the calendar!

When Good-to-Go dates first rolled out, we had availability through February 1st — however, we are now seeing some new dates popping up on the calendar!

The added dates of February 4th and 6th are brand new! These dates are available to all Passholders except Pixie Dust Passholders because that level of Annual Passholders is blocked out for weekend visits. If you have a Pirate Pass, Sorcerer Pass, and Incredi Pass — you’ll be good to go! (See what we did there?)

UPDATE: Disney added even more dates. Now, Annual Passholders can enter without a Park Pass on February 5th, 7th, 8th, 12th, and 13th as well.

When it comes to Good-to-Go days for Annual Passholders, it looks like we won’t be getting too much of a heads-up when these days are added to our calendar. There are still plenty of days throughout the month when Park Pass reservations are required, so if you have a trip coming up — make sure to book your Park Passes! We love having Good-to-Go days, but don’t rely on them popping up for your trip if they’re not on the calendar yet; we don’t want you to miss out on a park day just because you don’t have a reservation!

If you do make a reservation for a day that becomes a Good-to-Go day, no worries! Disney will automatically remove that reservation for you so that you can use it on another day! You know what they say — Hakuna Matata!
