We like to stay on our toes so that we’re always up-to-date with the latest Disney World hotel news and updates. With that in mind, we’ll tour hotel rooms to see how they innovate, hold up, and if they’re worth you’re time and money. Our latest tour took us to Coronado Springs Resortlet’s check it out!

We’ve toured Coronado Springs’ Gran Destino Tower Deluxe Suites in the past, and we’re back at this Moderate Resort to see if they hold up five years later!

Welcome to Coronado Springs!

Quincy and Sage toured this room and the club-level benefits at Coronado Springs, and you can watch their video right here.

The Tower Deluxe Suite gives you secured key access to the club-level lounge (serving refreshments 7AM to 10PM daily), complimentary health club access, access to concierge service at the Chronos Club, and views of the lake, courtyard, or parking areas.

Each room also sleeps up to four adults with one king bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa. So let’s check it out!

What you see when you walk in

Off to the side in the entryway, you’ll see a powder room — the smaller of the two bathrooms. It’s here you’ll start to notice the Spanish theme that is present throughout the suite.

The artwork on the wall is from Disney’s Destino, a collaboration between Walt Disney and Salvador Dali.

Powder room

The living room is decorated with a rustic aqua and tan color scheme and features a mounted flat-panel television, marble-topped tables, and light hardwood floors.

Living room

You’ll also notice plenty of draperies, and a couple of seating areas, including a workstation with a few chairs. The main seating area has a small resting bench in addition to a larger chair and pull-out couch on top of a decadent rug.

There is also a bar area in the back equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, and more Spanish aesthetics.

No, your eyes do not deceive you. This suite does feature a barn door, which opens to reveal the bedroom.

Oh look, a barn door

The bedroom is nice and spacious. It includes more Spanish decor in addition to its king bed, mounted television, and personal bathroom.

Bedroom

The King Bed is placed between two bedside tables and, with the lighting and nearby drapes, can be well-lit if you so choose.

The beds even have adjustable mini-lights!

Adjustable light

Another nice feature is that the bed is situated in the room away from the door, so you can still have some privacy with the door wide open.

It’s a pretty big room!

Next to the bed, you’ll find a closet, a safe, and the bathroom.

Bedroom layout

The closet space is a bit small, but it includes robes, hangers, an extra pillow and blanket, and ironing necessities.

Closet

The bathroom is significantly larger than the powder room, featuring plenty of counter space with two sinks, a vanity mirror, and one large mirror in addition to all the basic bathroom amenities.

Plenty of sink space

As for the rest of the bathroom, there is a shower and water closet with more artwork.

Our room had a parking lot view, but the greenery was still very pretty.
