‘Ohana Brings Back Old Favorites With a BIG Menu Update!

It’s been a little over a month since ‘Ohana reopened at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort!

Welcome back to ‘Ohana!

The restaurant has been serving up a modified dining experience for lunch and dinner including the fan-favorite ‘Ohana Noodles. But, it looks like the menu is set to change again very soon!

Since reopening, the menu has featured an all-you-can-eat style meal with four different appetizer options, six entree options, and a dessert that is brought out to your table to share. And, though fans brought back the ‘Ohana Noodles, the meat and shrimp skewers did not make their return…until now.

As of August 17th, Disney has updated the menu and guests will notice that there are quite a few changes including the return of many of the original ‘Ohana menu items, including a modified version of the skewers!

In the update, the Roasted Eight-way Chicken, Kielbasa Sausage, Island Shrimp Casserole, and ‘Ohana Coconut-Papaya Scones and Cheddar-Bacon Biscuits have all been removed and the menu is much more simplistic now.

Instead, the ‘Ohana Dinner Skillet has joined the menu as a modified version of the restaurant’s original meal which includes Wood-fire Grilled Teriyaki Beef, Spicy Peel-n-Eat Shrimp, Grilled Chicken with Polynesian-inspired Chimichurri Sauce, ‘Ohana Noodles, and Roasted Broccolini. Plus, the Signature ‘Ohana Bread with Honey Butter is also back on the menu.

Currently, the menu will remain an all-you-can-eat style meal and no changes will be made to the breakfast menu.
