6 Must-Have Souvenirs From Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

If you are a Star Wars fan, you will likely find yourself spending quite a bit of time exploring all the details of Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

Even if you are not a Star Wars fan, it is hard not to be impressed by all the details within the land. While this area boasts two very popular rides, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, there are also lots of amazing souvenirs.

Today, we are headed to Galaxy’s Edge to round up the must-have souvenirs. Let’s see what this area has in store for us!

First, we are headed over to the Droid Depot to talk about one of the must-have souvenirs. At the Droid Depot, you can build your very own droid complete with choosing its personality.

While there is an option to make a reservation ahead of time for this experience, they can also accommodate walk-ups. No worries if you didn’t reserve ahead of time, make sure you still stop by. You can get a bundle that includes a carrying bag and personality chip for your droid.

You get to customize your own Droid with a Cast Member and then you can take it with you for adventures in Galaxy’s Edge. There are lots of personalities to choose from, so you can make the perfect Droid.

In addition to building your own droid, you can also build your own lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop in Galaxy’s Edge. This experience is a bit more popular, and you will need a reservation for it.

Reservations open up 60 days in advance, but you can also check more last minute on the My Disney Experience app or by speaking with a Cast Member at the location. They sometimes have same-day availability, but it is not as common. This is a lightsaber building experience that includes the experience, the hilt, and the saber. There are also additional accessories you can purchase as well.

If you weren’t able to get a reservation, don’t necessarily want a customized lightsaber, or would prefer an easier way to purchase a lightsaber, you can head to Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities. Here you can purchase the lightsaber of your favorite Star Wars character, no reservation needed.

This next souvenir is really cool, and also not as well-known about. In fact, the sign even advertises this souvenir as a “Creature Carving.”. But, it is so much more. These are actually Pommel Caps which can screw onto the end of a hilt to add decorative flair. So, if you were lucky enough to procure a lightsaber, pick up one of these souvenirs to add an additional decorative element to your lightsaber.

Or, if you just want to pretend you have a lightsaber, you can get a really cool photo souvenir in Galaxy’s Edge. Here is Breedlove showing off one of the awesome PhotoPass opportunities in Galaxy’s Edge, they even provide you with the lightsaber for the picture!

While you are in Galaxy’s Edge, you can also find a lot of souvenirs that will help you dress the part. If you miss Galactic Starcruiser, you are in luck, as you can still grab some souvenirs from the hotel including a cloak and shirt.

We also spotted these adorable plush dolls. You can choose from a variety of characters including Ashoka, Storm Troopers, Chewbacca, and more.

 

We also couldn’t resist showing you this Darth Vader plush. Look at how adorable he is, it almost looks like he is in time-out sitting there.

Finally, you can really complete the look with some flight helmets from Galaxy’s Edge. You can get a Poe Dameron Youth Helmet.

Or a Luke Skywalker Adult Helmet. The helmets have realistic sounds and might just make you feel like you are right in the middle of the action.
