We’re getting pumped for a NEW theme park in Orlando!
Universal Orlando is set to open Universal Epic Universe in 2025 with new rides, attractions, entertainment, dining, shopping, and more! We’ve gotten many updates in the past few months about this new park and its corresponding hotels, but recently, we went to investigate for ourselves.
We drove over to the Epic Universe construction site to see how things were progressing, and we caught some big updates!
First of all, both the Terra Luna and Stella Nova hotels are coming along really nicely. The exterior looks nearly complete.
The Helios Grand Hotel has also made some major progress. It doesn’t seem to be quite as close to completion (there are some empty areas on the top of the building), but it’s definitely taking shape!
Past the hotels, we could see some of the features of Epic Universe taking shape. This large rock formation looks like the one shown in concept art for How to Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk.
And we could even see the tops of some buildings and coasters! Those yellow tracks look like they belong to Starfall Racers in Celestial Park.
There are still some empty areas between the hotels and park that will likely be completed later on, but we’re impressed with the progress so far. We can’t wait to learn more about the new park!
