It’s an exciting time for Disneyland Resort!
No, we’re not talking about all of the progress being made on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure or the Lunar New Year Festival happening now in Disney California Adventure. It’s time for a new Disney hotel to open!
Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel is being transformed into Disney’s Pixar Place Hotel…and it officially opens on January 30th, 2024!
The hotel got a complete makeover on everything including the lobby, which we’ve been able to see under construction. It has been open to guests during this transformation.
Here’s a look at the concept art. The Pixar ball and lamp are in the middle and you’ll spot several Pixar characters up in the air!
We’ve also seen some concept art for the new rooms. Yes, that’s a Pixar ball pillow! We hope they’ll have something like that in the gift shops… .
There are many perks to staying at a Disney-owned hotel on your Disneyland trip. You can enter the parks early with Early Theme Park Entry AND the hotels are very close to the parks. The hotel even has its own private entrance to Disney California Adventure!
