i’m literally a grown man and me and my friend almost cried after the show. this was the most tramutizing thing to exist in a disney park, worse than the pixar-pal-around swinging. It is very scary with the bad smells, the spiders, and the bugs poking your back and the bugs at your bottom, and also a bug spits on you. the quality of the show is also just terrible, it is very dated. While Animal Kingdom is my favorite park, but come on disney you could do better with putting a good attraction under the tree of life.
Pros:
Air conditioning and cool queue to go under the Tree of LifeCons:
Scary Smells bad Gross congested wasted timeReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 05/28/2020

This show's honestly more annoying than anything else. There's so many better things they could use the inside of the Tree of Life for. Maybe it's just me, but I think there's more fun things than feeling the sensation of bugs crawling beneath your legs. If you wanna go see a show in Animal Kingdom, go see Festival of the Lion King!!
Pros:
None that I can think ofCons:
Scared many kids I know, dark and loud, kinda grossReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 12/20/2022

scary as hell. ran out about 2 mins in. how is this a “kids ride”. just spend your time riding kali instead.
Pros:
the effects are amazing and realistic very immersive cool settingCons:
actually feared for my life on this this ride is so immersive it’s scary if you didn’t run out halfway through like me, you don’t get scared by anything.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 06/21/2022

This is a fun show personally. I'm a little bit of a prankster and this is a fantastic way to play a little prank on someone in your party who has never been before. That being said, This ride really has some uncomfortable moments and there are times that it is 100% not enjoyable or fun. This can also be scary and not just for kids but adults too. My spouse hated it and I have never heard so many screaming kids in my life. Make sure to watch a video of the attraction before deciding if it is good for your family or not and if you have littles this is probably not going to be to their liking.
Pros:
It's a bug's life themed, A/CCons:
Not restful like most shows, super intense and can be scary for both kids and adultsReviewed by Logancastleman1 Review Date: 02/18/2021

Ok I was at Disney world with my brother when I was in middle school maybe elementary school I saw this attraction never seen it before and when hopper came out I got so scared of a animatronic which is unheard of for me when we got back to the hotel and I tried to sleep I thought I saw smoke coming out and thought the hopper animatronic was in my hotel room lol I love this show but they really need to change it to make it less scary
Pros:
It’s cute until hopper gets thereCons:
Scary animatronic bugs and since it’s in the tree of life you aren’t not gonna go see it after walking all the way throughReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 02/07/2021

Cool story, but had a borderline panic attack when the fog hit added with the loudness and the pitch darkness all at the same time
Pros:
Fun storyline and nice to see familiar charactersCons:
Can be a little scary/panic inducing if you’re afraid of the dark or claustrophobic (lots of fog coming at you can make you feel panicked because you cannot escape)Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 06/22/2020

Not impressed when it's based off a kids movie.
