Raise your hand if you’ve already watched Disney’s Raya and the Last Dragon!
Now that the film has made its debut on Disney+ and in theaters, fans can follow the journey of Raya and Sisu the Last Dragon as they try to save their home. And, now you can step into the world of Kumandra with Disney’s new webpage dedicated to Raya and the Last Dragon!
Disney allows fans to “Discover Kumandra” to learn about the origin story of Raya and the Last Dragon, as well as explore the kingdoms, characters, and more from the film! Of course, we had to give you a sneak peek at the page before you visit for yourself.
When you first enter the webpage, you can read the full backstory of how Kumandra came to be in Raya and the Last Dragon:
“Kumandra was once a unified, peaceful kingdom, where humans lived harmoniously alongside dragons — magical creatures who brought water, rain and peace. But then the Druun came — a mindless plague spreading like wildfire, multiplying as they consumed life and turned everyone they touched into stone.
As the dragons fought for Kumandra’s survival, the mighty Sisu concentrated all of her magic into the Dragon Gem, blasting the Druun away. Everyone that was turned into stone came back… except the dragons. Borders were drawn, and Kumandra was divided up into five lands: Heart, Tail, Talon, Spine and Fang, all connected by the vital Dragon River.”
You have the chance to explore those five lands to see how they are different from one another and what makes them unique.
Specifically, you can find the characters who live there, artwork of the land, textiles and fabrics used in the region, and more!
Plus, at the end of your journey through Kumandra, you can watch the official trailer of Raya and the Last Dragon before tuning into the film. You can explore the Raya and the Last Dragon interactive page here. And, be sure to stay tuned with All Ears for more Disney entertainment soon!
