Not only is Universal Orlando working on their all-new park, Epic Universe, but they’re also working on improvements inside their existing two parks.
We know DreamWorks Land is on the way, but another popular ride that’s been around for decades is getting ready to undergo a short closure for refurbishment.
E.T. Adventure is an attraction located in Universal Studios Florida and actually lets riders take their own bike up, up, and away to E.T.’s home planet to help save his friends and family.
From May 6th-15th, 2024, the ride will be closed for refurbishment. Since it’s right near where DreamWorks Land is being built, there won’t be a ton to experience over in this area for that week, so keep that in mind when visiting.
We’re so glad the ride won’t be closed for long, because it’s over 30 years old at this point and important to Universal’s history (plus, angering Steven Spielberg is NOT what anyone wants to do).
